Nick Thompson

In his role as Maintenance Technician, Nick is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of LifeHouse Group’s building and grounds. He performs minor maintenance and keeps the residential wing and office complex clean and sanitary. Nick became a resident of LifeHouse in May of 2023 after his first choice for sober living was unable to provide him with a room. Even though LifeHouse was his second choice, he can’t believe how lucky he is to be here. He has been clean and sober for almost a year, his longest period of abstinence from drugs and alcohol in ten years. He says that LifeHouse acts as an actual steppingstone to a better life. It’s a place of many opportunities and a place where he has found friends and mentors. The people here are always within reach to help with whatever is needed. When he’s not working, Nick loves to work on his calligraphy. He also loves music, plays the keyboards and likes doing music production.
