Illinois Department of Human Services

We work closely with the Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (“SUPR”) to deliver intervention and support in a manner that lets our residents know that they are valued and deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.


U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

Veterans have unique benefits connected to their military service. We work closely with local offices to ensure we understand and can explain these services to our residents who are military veterans.


OAI, Inc.

We have a long-term relationship with OIA to provide OSHA-10 and forklift training to our residents.


Thee Chef Maria

Maria Anderson is a chef educator who teaches basic and advanced cooking classes to our residents.


Village of Dixmoor

LifeHouse Group’s residential recovery home is located within the Village of Dixmoor. We partner with the village on a variety of initiatives that benefit local neighbors and improve community relations.

Beloved Family Wellness Center

We work together to ensure that all our residents receive excellent mental and physical healthcare.


USDA Snap to Success Program

SNAP is a federal government program that funds our workforce development program to promote economic self-sufficiency.


City Colleges of Chicago

Our residents are enrolled in the computer numerical control machining manufacturing program to prepare them for skilled in-demand jobs  in the manufacturing  industry.


Literacy Chicago

Literacy Chicago provides adult literacy, GED, and math instruction and tutoring to help our residents achieve greater self-sufficiency.


National Able Network

National Able Network contracts with the Illinois Department of Human Services to administer the SNAP to Success workforce development program.


2nd Opp

2nd Opp provides life skills training to residents to help start a new life.


Roseland Community Hospital

Roseland provides comprehensive healthcare to our residents.


South Suburban College

SSC's Highway Construction Careers Training Program is a twelve-week pre-apprenticeship course designed to launch individuals into the construction trades.

Governors State University provides a certification program in addiction screenings and assessments for our residents.
