Loeb serves as legal advisor and strategist to LifeHouse Group. He currently works as the Managing Director and Registered In-House Counsel for CliffWater, LLC, an alternative investment and fund manager company. As a legal professional, his subject matter expertise encompasses the following specializations: mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and private equity investments. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Law School.
