Rosamaria Mendoza

As Case Manager Lead, Rosa oversees and coordinates comprehensive services for LifeHouse residents navigating recovery. She guides and supervises a skilled team of case managers to deliver consistent, highquality care throughout the program.

With a strong background in education and social services, Rosa brings over a decade of experience supporting individuals using personalized care plans that address healthcare, employment, education, and addiction treatment. Driven by empathy and a deep commitment to human connection, Rosa believes that trust is the foundation of effective support. Her mission is to empower individuals by helping them recognize their potential and guiding them toward sustainable, meaningful change. She values inclusivity, compassion, and the transformative power of education and community, and her fluency in Spanish allows her to provide bilingual support and advocacy, expanding access to critical services for underserved communities. 

Prior to joining LifeHouse Group, Rosa spent seven years as a case manager and parent/infant educator at El Valor, where she strengthened family systems and promoted early childhood development. She also 
dedicated four years to working in Chicago Public Schools, enriching student lives through educational outreach and support. 

Outside of work, Mendoza finds joy in gardening and spending time outdoors. These moments of peace and reflection fuel her passion for helping others grow, both literally and figuratively.
