Rosamaria Mendoza

In her role as case manager, Mendoza is responsible for coordinating and supervising services for LifeHouse Group’s residents. Mendoza works closely with her clients to develop individualized recovery plans that include objectives related to healthcare, employment, education, and addiction treatment. Mendoza educates individuals on the opportunities available to them and provides practical guidance coupled with empathetic support to help them navigate the recovery process. Mendoza understands that creating trusting relationships with individual residents is key to being an effective case manager. Mendoza has worked with all kinds of people of various ages and backgrounds because she enjoys connecting with others and helping them improve their lives. Prior to joining LifeHouse Group, Mendoza worked for seven years as a case manager and parent/infant educator at El Valor. Previously, she spent four years working in Chicago Public Schools. She is fluent in Spanish and spends time in her garden or outside whenever she gets the chance.
