Morgan Brosch
Director of Programming
In her role as Director of Programming, Morgan is responsible for researching, planning, developing and implementing LifeHouse Group’s programs in accordance with our strategic objectives. She also supervises the case managers in their duties of helping residents develop individualized recovery plans that address their current needs and future goals. Her role also encompasses supervising the intake coordinator and the process for identifying and assessing individuals who seek out LifeHouse Group’s services. Morgan draws on her background in social work to provide oversight and guidance to her team and LifeHouse's residents. Morgan has years of experience in early childhood education and family service counseling, having served multiple roles with Genius Head Start in Indiana. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of LifeHouse Group's residents. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Social Work and Nonprofit Management from Indiana University Northwest and has a Masters of Education from Grand Canyon University.
