
Morgan Brosch
Program Manager
In her role as Program Manager, Brosch is responsible for LifeHouse Group’s workforce development program that sets residents on a path toward a sustainable career path and economic self-sufficiency. She also supervises the case managers in their duties of helping residents develop individualized recovery plans that address current needs and future goals. Her role also encompasses supervising the intake coordinator and the process for identifying and assessing individuals who seek out LifeHouse Group’s services. Brosch draws on her background in social work to provide career counseling and case management advice to her team and LifeHouse residents. Brosch has years of experience in early childhood education and family service counseling, having served multiple roles with Genius Head Start in Indiana. She enjoys using her social work skills with the residents of LifeHouse Group as they strive to gain the skills and education necessary to live successfully in recovery. She is passionate about making a difference in these men’s lives. Brosch earned a Bachelor of Social Work and Nonprofit Management from Indiana University Northwest and has a Masters of Education from Grand Canyon University.
