Melissa Guerra

In her role as case manager, Guerra is responsible for coordinating and supervising services for LifeHouse Group’s clients. Guerra consults with her clients to develop individual plans to obtain healthcare, housing, and employment services. Guerra is also responsible for overseeing LifeHouse Group’s “Snap to Success” workforce development program that helps residents to develop skills that are relevant to today’s job market. Prior to joining LifeHouse, Guerra worked for more that fifteen years as a case manager where she helped families to establish specific goals for their children to be successful in school. Guerra has an associate degree in child development from Olive-Harvey College. She is fluent in Spanish and a native Chicagoan. She enjoys helping people to help themselves while also working to ensure that her clients have a deep appreciation of their self-worth.
