Anita Moss

In her role as Director of Operations, Moss is responsible for the overall operations and staff management of LifeHouse Group. She ensures that all treatment services, training, and reporting are consistent with best practices and licensing requirements. As a member of the management team, she provides strategic leadership regarding future projects and regularly reports to the CEO and Board of Directors on matters pertaining to current operations and outcomes. Moss has significant experience in operations management for rehabilitation and non-profit organizations in the Chicago area. In her most recent position, Moss served as the Treatment Supervisor for Abraxas Youth and Family Services, where she oversaw operations for the medical detoxification and residential substance abuse treatment programs.  Moss earned a B.A. in Applied Behavior Sciences and a Masters in Adult Education from National Louis University. She is CADC, CODP/MISA and Gain Assessor certified. Moss is passionate about taking care of people, and she believes strongly that all individuals deserve a second chance at healthy living options.
