Erik Jackson

As the House Manager for LifeHouse Group, Jackson oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility. He has the primary responsibility for carrying out the policies and procedures related to the residential operation of LifeHouse Recovery Organization, including providing for the safety and well-being of residents. He also ensures that residents comply with program requirements and household rules. Jackson acts as a role model for recovery coaches and residents. He prides himself on being a straight shooter in his interactions with others. He enjoys mentoring LifeHouse Group residents by helping them avoid relapse, become financially responsible, and develop future plans. He believes that a person can only reach his full potential by accepting new challenges and avoiding complacency. He encourages residents of LifeHouse Group to take their time and explore their options. He has completed the course work to become a national recovery support specialist and expects to obtain his certification soon. He intends to continue working in the recovery field by gaining the skills and experience required to become the director of operations of a facility like LifeHouse Group.
