CASE MANAGEMENT

LifeHouse Group offers a comprehensive platform of services for our residents designed to help them reintegrate into society with appropriate work and life skills. All candidates undergo an objective risk and needs assessment by their case management team upon acceptance to LifeHouse Group. The case management team includes the program coordinator, a case manager, an operations supervisor, and a social worker. Planning is customized based on the individual’s needs. While some of our programs are mandatory, others are tailored to the specific needs of each resident.
